We manufacture prototype parts, tooling, and machinery

PATTERNS
We manufacture wood, urethane, epoxy and metal patterns for all phases of the foundry industry. Sizes range from zero to 14 feet. Loose patterns, squeezer, hunter, disa, cope and drag - no problem we have been at this for many years.
MOLDS
We manufacture molds for just about every industry and process there is. Tooling materials are aluminum, composite, fiberglass, iron, nickel, silicon, steel, urethane, and wood.
Machinery / Tooling
We produce equipment from your design and/or design equipment to meet your needs.
CONTRACT MACHINING
We provide full service machining of product for your needs. Whether it is your material or material we procure for you.
ALLIANCES
We have formed alliances with other manufactures and our customers to provide services not done on site. We can provide any product you need. Let our partnerships aid your delivery of products. Many of our customers benefit from off loading some of their purchasing and project management to a one-stop shopping.
Process / Capability
CNC
Full CAD/CAM capability, utilizing Mastercam and Solidworks. Currently have 8 CNC milling machines with up to 60 x 30-inch envelope and 2 CNC lathes.
MANUAL
Manual milling up to 156 x 40 inches. Full turning capability.
WOOD SHOP
Full wood shop. We stock mahogany, pine, tooling board, and full line of urethanes to meet your needs.
